We encourage you to research competitor’s appraisal fees along with their education and experience. You will find that the typical residential appraisal fees for a single-family home less than 2,000sf is going to be between $400 to $700. Be leery if someone offers a fee lower than industry standard as the “cheapest” may fall short of your expectations. With us, experience, knowledge, and unbiased accuracy is what you are paying for.

7. $50 – Garage Apt or Additional Quarters
